Hotel Lux

Very well placed hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the train station. Close to the metro, buses, restaurants... great location! Good service. OK breakfast, not a big thing. My room was small, but I saw other larger rooms.

The rooms are good and clean. My friend and I booked this through booking.com. Initially, we had a hiccup with a double bed being given to us, when we had actually booked for a room with two single beds. But the staff were helpful and changed us to the desired room the very next day. The cleaning staff are also very friendly. Breakfast is available. But the best part is that it is very close to the Rome Termini station - where all the buses and trains depart from the heart of Rome city. Laundry options are not available but there are laundry services available within 5 minutes walk from there.

This is a good hotel, don't be fooled by the reviews. Has good facilities, it's big and clean. Good staff and a clean neighborhood. I had zero expectations due to the reviews and booked it because that was the most convenient and available place for me in a short notice, but ended up super happy about it. It's old but since the entrance and stairs are made of some white solid rock, it feels as good as new. The rooms have a very hugh ceiling and really big windows, so it feels spacious. The rooms have a lot of old wood, still in good conditions though. The shower could be much bigger.

Clean and accommodating, the location can't be beat. The staff were fantastic. The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance all resolved two minor concerns I had upon arrival, within 10 minutes. The rest of my stay was fantastic. The rooms are small,but have everything you need. If you're looking for luxury, a pampered resort, or a stay-cation, you may want to look elsewhere. Very close to what Rome is known for, it definitely has a style from old Hollywood.

One of budget hotel, located in the center of Rome, 5 minutes walk to transport hub both bus and train, called Roma Termini. The room is clean, nice and friendly staff.

My partner and I booked this hotel for our anniversary trip as it was a great price, we saw a lot of horrible reviews afterwards and tried to cancel but it was non refundable and I’ve got to say we had a fantastic time! The staff are so kind, the beds were comfortable, room and bathroom spotless, the decor is old but it’s clean and authentic. He bought me flowers for our anniversary and I left them on the chair, when I came back to the room the room had been cleaned and they put my flowers in a bucket of water up nicely on the table! I will definitely be back!

Olga has such a warm and friendly personality. She always greets guests with a smile and makes the dining experience at the hotel so enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail truly make the experience special.

We had a great stay at Raeli Hotel Lux. The location is very convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, and the facilities met all our needs during the trip. It’s a solid and comfortable choice for a stay here.
